Leo Anslem Fougere, 74 of River Bourgeois Died June 14, 2012 at The Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.

Born July 28, 1937, in River Bourgeios, he was the son of the late Sam and Evelyn Fougere.

He was a member of The Carpenters Union Local 1588.

Leo is survived by his wife Agnes (Doyle) Fougere, two daughters, Sharon and Karen Fougere, of River Bourgeois. Sisters Sylvia (Peter) Pottie River Bourgeois, Gloria (Whitney) Boudreau, St Peters. Brothers Hubert (Marguerite), Dartmouth, Conrad (Marie), Roy (Elaine), Gordon (Rita), all of River Bourgeois, and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brothers, Ronald, Carl and Henry. Sister in Law Annette, five nephews and one niece.

No visitation by request, funeral Mass will be held Saturday June 16, 2012 at 11 AM, at St John The Baptist Church River Bourgeois.

The funeral is under the direction of Green’s Funeral Home Port Hawkesbury.

Donations may be made to The Renal Dialysis Unit of The Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
