MARTELL Lawrence Sylvester, St. Peters NS The family sadly announce his peaceful passing at Strait Richmond Hospital on Friday May 25, 2012.Born in L’Ardoise he was the son of the late Sylvester and Annie (Briand) Martell. Lawrence was a veteran of the Second World War serving from 1940 – 1945. He was the surviving member of his immediate family, and is survived by his wife Hilda Mae, daughters Carla, Glenda (Peter) Hampson and Marsha (Tim) Owens. Grandchildren Mitchell, Brandon, Taylor, and Cailley. He was predeceased by his Grandson Jordan in 1999. He is also survived by his caregiver Elaine. Cremation has taken place and Funeral Service and burial will be held at a later date. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Green’s Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
